Work life balance. Asking for leave is crime. No matter how many leaves are balance. Even if your blood relation person is admitted in hospital you will be given work from home but no leave shall be approved. No adequate hiring complete focus on cost cutting on employees.

Work culture of Aditya Birla housing finance is not supportive its all about sales oriented company. There is no any support or rewards for credit & except sales department. Even after the completion of notice period & other procedure company is failed to pay F&F and experience letter within a 60 days</mark>.
