Everything. ADP has lost it's sheen. Unethical, indiscipline, laid back attitude by leadership. Lots of favouritism. Also, they say it's hybrid but they force you to come to office everyday, which is located in a village.

In ADP the calculation of each and everything is automated, simultaneously which provides an opportunity to capture business .

Dislikes

The biggest loathe is to match the time zone. Since I manage Australian clients so I have to login by 4 early morning.

Cons: - ADP uses worst webex for client calls. No way of using teams app. - Pathetic leadership especially middle management. If they don't like you then you are targetted though you perform good. They will make you to leave the company by yourself. You will face such a mental harrasement. - Worst free food - Medical insurance reimbursement is not digitized. You have to courier all your original documents. - Variable pay is not paid even 50% of shown in offer - Hikes are less than 2% sometimes no hikes - During go-lives you have to extend and support 15 to 16 hours - Worst Casual leaves. You will be entitled with 12 CL's and can be used continuously for 2 days and not more than that. If falls on Monday/Friday then only one day....Read More
