My whole experience was terrible in Aegis. I joined it as fresher. You can't get success easily if you are a girl or women. Those who has good bonding with seniors can get hike easily and very fast. You don't need to work hard if you have good bonding. Rest hard workers stay on there place for years. If you say some thing against any senior then you will only get punishment not that senior. Environment is not good.
This is something i never told anyone till now and cried alot and doesn't speak a word to anyone. But after leaving my school i have experienced that what is the world outside our school life.
So gain experience of talwe chatu then join Aegis then you will get hike of post and salary.

Not good for all girls beware not with dogs but with seniors.
Bpo like this has spoiled the name of BPO. Otherwise BPO not all BPO are this much bad.

Dislikes

Worst, Owner should keep the eyes on Camera and inbuilt mikes that what's dirty politics playing inside there building. Which is spoiling hard struggled name of there business. Don't neglect a single incident.

Unclear HR policies and procedures. No one has any clue of what the company policies are and what is the right way of conducting business. The organization is just floating on imaginary logic. Senior managers AVP, VP and above make funny decisions based on their 'gut feelings' and it becomes a norm till another one from another crazy person comes out. The organization should invest in making strong logical policies.

Employee benefits are very limited- No medical coverage, no clarity on salary structure, even salary not paid on time.

Dislikes

HR Policies, Poor management, Utopian Quality 'Leaders. They hire people with false promises- like for ex: they hire saying it is 5 days working and make them work 6 days a week and sometimes 7 days a week. They even expect managers to take steroids and come to work when they are medically unfit (in-order to cover up the pain)!

Crazy... mostly because of the crazy/rude/unprofessional attitude and behavior of the Higher Management team, and to add to it the company policy around employee benefits

training was good trainer wa good a well but whatever was promised and the way it was portrayed was very wrong and completely the opposite. They do not have any systematic way of working .

Dislikes

lots of things like the team leader was very badly behaved and also had anger management issues, the management just does what they feel like , they do not follow a system at all. people get terminated for no reason at all. the Team leader themselves dont know what theyre doing they tend to give lot of wrong info for which the agents are questioned bu the Quality as well. lot of friction between teams and team mates as well. partiality. The transport system i very bad Pathetic... THere is no system there. Cafeteria food i horrible .. they stink and food i very unhygienic. loos stink as hell. You also dont get ur breaks if u stand for ur elf against ur team lead.

I m thankful to Aegis as it was my 1st company and I have learned a lot from there . I love the fact that I was a part of team. Another thing is that my colleagues came from various culture backgrounds but we worked happily in collaboration. I also liked employee re- hire policy there.

Dislikes

Management was very poor ,compensation is decent but growth was slow .the work pressure was very high Sometimes , I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening manager do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time I do receive appreciation mails from our client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal.

By god grace my work was slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire team but I stay on my toes by doing competitive benchmark, I was best performers in team and got many rewards for all these efforts.

The Aegis company is very innovative and adopt latest technology. The working environment of the company is very supportive if u are facing any kind of difficulty everyone are ready to help us. The trainers are very nice & supportive. The training period is very effective for the agents I never work wth such a good company. Job security and growth opportunities are also good. The team leaders, managers and other staff are also very supportive. Due to some family issues I had left tht Job but I have to advice tht it is the best option to develop ur career.

It's the best company amongst all the BPO's i would say starting from cab facility to all allowances no extra work pressure besides the one which you have agreed and signed for. OT is excellent. Good work is recognised then and there. All people working there are very friendly. The most important part is salary which i found best compared to other similar companies. If u really think can speak continuously for 8hrs with rotational shifts and break timings then just go for it...!!

Dislikes

What I don't like very strict rules in terms of maintaining shift and break timings, maintaining simultaneously 5/6 targets, irrate customer abuses, lengthy scripts for each and every customer, It's a call centre 😂

Work environment is worst everything else is worst no career growth nothing 8 hrs working time is tooo much for a person to work i mean for a normal person... Working 9 months i had serious health issues gentry is not good in aegis lucknow... Seems like we are still in school worst ever its a workplace just feed dont talk dont roam dont use phone dont eat hell... Will not suggest anyone to work here..

working hours pressure is and when u not giving full working hour so salary will you get after deduction and your working day should be mention as a half day. free meals is not available. cabs provide to only night shift to drop out no pick up services is there.

You will never struggle for your salary in this company.

Dislikes

I hate Aegis BPO because the management people do not respect the individual's self respect & bit they care of their hardwork. They will hold you responsible for those wrong aspects for whom actually you are not responsible.
Even if the company's policy is disturbing the customers but they will hold you accused for this. Their analytical skills are pathetic . They are unable to find out the actual cause of problems. The second reason why I dislike this company is that there will be no yearly appraisal on agent level, if you don't get promotion, you will have to work on same salary for years till years.
I would suggest not to join this company.

Faculty, no sync between quality and operations, things were even out of h.r's hands, shortage of chairs in cafeteria, never medicins were available when required, not even have mailing rights so for sepration have to ask t.l to mark an email to manager and all this get this much delayed in the mean while empoyee get absconded from the organisation.
Thaining rooms were in the basement and not even capale to handle the strength of 25 students, unhyginic food, dirty washrooms with as usual shortage of tissue papers, and much more.....
