- Job security is relatively stable as long as you are part of project and in billed role - Some projects offer great learning opportunity & exposure to modern technologies - Promotions & salary increments are competitive , especially for high performers - Few teams have supporting leas & collaborative work environment

No job security at all. A complete hire and fire organization. You can be fired on the drop of a hat, any moment without assigning any proper reason. It gives a feeling as if you are working for a contractor or a builder who can fire you any second. You are going to this office in the morning and you never know whether you will comeback in the evening with the job. The organization is notorious for hiring and firing without any proper reason. They are maintaining a Client's Boot holding culture, with no set process to align everything in place . they just need 10 rounds of reporting, captured by same person at soo many places .. you waste time in aggregating these updates only
