If you excel in Office politics, then it's a perfect place, and there will be no worklife balance. Everyday you're supposed to work extra hours post your work hours. Terrible work environment, and if you're joining presales department, be prepared to work 24/7. There will be no shift, even after what your offer letter says. Techwise; It's not a techsavy company, doesn't keep with what's going on in the market. No learnings. The presales senior folks so called presales director called vineet tyagi, & rakesh dhillon lacks presales knowledge and there is no structure in presales. And they guide junior folks in wrong direction. If results come out negatively, you'll be made mockery off and if results comes out positive, they're are the ones who will take all the credit. They hire freshers and expect them to be experts within months. Since they don't know how proposals are evaluated, they cannot teach the other junior folks. And just point out the mistakes post results. Even though they review proposals just hours before submission. And don't take any lead on them. Plus there will be thousand number of snyc and standup calls, just to please them. If you want to be in their good books, just work 24/7 and do as they say. Just some lame folks, heading the presales in wrong direction. And HR department is the most unresponsive department....Read More

I like Agreeya solutions work culture. They facilitate skill-based learning and give employees a clear vision about the projects they are work on. They always keep their employees up-to-date about the company state's and progress through RNR and monthly townhall. While there was a difficult time during covid, they supported their employees out of the way,which is a BIG plus for any employees who is looking for a company who cares about its employees and respect ethics....Read More

To be honest . I literally do not have any negative point. But still I would like to mention one thing that they should relocate their office from Noida sec 51 to some other location may be on Noida expressway or near by Noida airport. To be honest current locality of the company is not great.
