Fully dedicated to farmers upliftment amidst the crisis. however the employ faces problem regarding disposal of salary for over the periods of more the 3-4 months.
Career growth could be more uplifting considering the experience and education the employ posses beside their complete dedication and support to allied sectors. There should be a scope of upward growth in hierarchical status for block level workers to motivate them and increases the efficiency for they are the soul of the Agency.
Helped me gain more experience on public relation. Helped me get a taste of handling the large number of people, their social behavior, needs and potential and transfer the technology with hands on experience which is very uplifting.

It is a govt driven, centrally sponsored project and has good working culture. You can develop public speaking and public dealing skills in this project.
It include SPNF which is not done by people means it is very difficult to influence people to do this farming.

Good work experience. Reporting officers are supportive & also cooperative with work. Office environment is good staffs are also cooperative.
There are some issues related to salary hike, because as guidelines salary is not hiked every financial year. Also there is no specific time or day in a month to get monthly salary.
