It should be fix salary criteria of following post associate professor, assistant professor and professor . Management should added Yearly increament for each post. Institute will strict for campus faculty, they are come punch in, then go to quarter , again come 4 'o clock. It should be mandatory to seat respected department.

Dislikes

Overall it is nice but salary will depend on individual to individual, but my concern is atleast one fix basic pay for perticular post.

It's AIIMS-P, Patna ( not Delhi), just name is same, no comparison please. AIIMS-P, Patna is as worse as Patna Medical College (PMCH). I have worked 6 years in Delhi AIIMS and 3 years in Patna AIIMS-P. If you want to experience real AIIMS and it's culture, only place is Delhi AIIMS.

Dislikes

Everything. It's among poor medical institutions in India. Many states medical colleges are far superior.

Work Details

No body like you here if you want to do clinical and academic work. The senior faculties even don't attend OPDs, classes and most importantly majority of them haven't been trained from any good institutions.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
