It's a Nice Experience with Alembic where I had Good Learning in terms of Skill Development as well as Effective Role Play to meet the Set Objective of the Company, Best Place for Carrier Growth Since Company Gives Top Priority for Internal Promotion.
Work-Life Balance is badly affected due to unnecessary Pressure Since we need to spend more time on Sundays in Admin work & To much of follow ups from HO which makes irritating often & Recent Strategies are making the Field Force to loss their focus on Effective Customer Coverage
The work culture, age old tradition and ethical business practices many more good things about alembic.Alembic is a employee oriented company ,,there are some system in company which i like very much.like internal training programmes TSW which allows the employee develop his skill and grow. also helps organisation to find utilise the talent in emoloyee in right place.
what i dislike in organisation is middle management (front line and second line). they are not regular in field work and pressurising the executive to do unethical way to achieve targets which is not aligning with organisation vision
Good to work in Alembic but the only reason I leave Alembic for Anjan Rai Medhi(RSM,Elena)No leadership at all........
There is nothing any kind of dislike work in Alembic,but some unethical culture created by Anjan Rai Medhi.which made me very dislike and disappointed.

The company being such an old house it's not able to manage the employees properly.The company does not give and healthy environment to work as well as the company is way behind the standard company of its caliber in terms D salary appraisal and incentives structure
Job security is good, salary is okay to good as compared to its peers, traveling is close to nil as it has both its manufacturing facilities near VADODARA itself, work life balance is good as work load is low.
Politics is pretty high, and there is high amount of favoritism in promotion and appraisals. Work environment is average and there is not much scope of innovation and training is also sub par.
