No likes now due to mindless management nothing to say something is good in Allstate

They ask you to learn new technology and after 2 months they will do your layoff and reason is due to organisational changes your post is no longer available. No promotios though you are eligible. Now since last 1.5 years there is no job security. Any time you will get email and they told due to org changes you have to put resign.Indian people sitting on SVP post they are headless and they are now doing layoff every quarter. Previously Allstate was a good company to work with living by its name "You are in Safe Hands". The organization culture is good and is an open culture. Their learning and development policy is good; health benefit policy is good.

Dislikes

The organization has become visionless and few departments in Operation are not aware of where to head rather than just bringing some fancy jargons and favoring some few leaders even at the cost of ethics. The growth is slow and IJP interviews are conducted with a motive to reject an applicant. No movement from one vertical to another. Feedback surveys conducted are leaked to the managers giving them opportunities to target the people giving feedback.
