There a great Team work and training schedules for train new joinee is also very good and they are started "SHAKSHAM" & "GURUKUL" shaksham for old employees and Gurukul for new joinee so we can learn very easily, simply & clearly and vrey fast everything.

Dislikes

But the management of organisation is very bad. They just think about Upper levels employees like GM, Managers, DM, and Executives. And they do mis-behaves with Lower level Employees. Infact they behaves like a labour persons. And infact they can't able to provide/Serve a good and healthy Tea for us. So theres is no job satisfaction there no travel opportunities for us and Just Say about POLITICS hahaha there a huge poitics playing by Upper Level Employees. Increments also done with Politics. And there never gives us Leave
