Its my honest review. Day starts with work pressure and ends with the same. TLs think themselves as so superior like they are godfathers of the process and some TLs don't know the process also and find small mistakes and make it a big issue. Don't think of appraisals and promotion here. And also no perks as well. Only believe in salary and incentives. No job safety. They remove employees then and there.
