One of the worst company I have never seen in my life. so many people are going to leave the job because management ,work environment nothing is good also one of our sister already said about politics in review that's 100 percent true so many politics in this company.The work environment is also not good there is too much politics. Below several points which are I dislike most. 1- Company culture is very bad, they never take any decision in favour of employees. 2- Mostly engaging employee in irrelevant domain. 3- Less annual hike, and they hold 50% of hike ammount and asked for release after completing 1 year. 4- office politics. 5- Whenever you resign from the company they will impose unnecessary deduction, and force to pay in advance. Work experience is too bad. It's just an experience not a career development job. No increment , pf , ESI or anything. They just perform the puppet show with your loyalty and hardwork. Most toxic company and people. Ineligible place for honest workers. You can see wide range of snakes here which is more venomous than the snakes in forests.. plz don't go and lose your life in that toxic environment. No salary increament policy for L1. Leave need to inform by email 2 week before. Only 10% salary increament after IJP. Which may take more than 3 months. Without giving any position on paper getting work done for RTQM, TL, QA. Not having a good cafeteria, washroom. No incentive to be created on time. No transportation facility.
