Office environment & politics, no proper work culture. No Job security they next level managers dont even know how to talk with there subordinates. Even after formal resignation as per policy they have hold the salary of employees.

We maintain a culture of Respect – for customers, for employees and for stakeholders. Further, to ensure this work culture, appropriate monitoring mechanism is also put in place and Human Resources function ensure adherence to the stated work culture. Neither HR nor skip level supervisor received any complaint of this nature from any Area Manager in Bangalore. HR would have appropriately addressed such claim, had the same would have been raised. There is clear HR policy for full & final settlement, and it is processed as per this policy. There is no full & final settlement pending for any ex-employee in Bangalore, company always pays salary on time and has paid salary on time, during lockdown. The claim is highly inappropriate, malicious and not tenable.
