They are in an impulsive hiring mode, once you clear the rounds, they want you to join the very same day.

Dislikes

Once you start looking at things below the surface or beyond your swipe in and swipe out, there are a lot of red flags. They ask you to join immediately after clearing interviews so that you don't get enough time to search about them. IT assets are outdated. Everything is securely kept in their Gurugram office. If you look at the top members, you find that a lot of them have same surnames. They manage to give excuses rather than confirming an employee who would have completed probation anywhere else on the planet. They manage to give excuses and ask employees to do work with unlicensed software so that they don't have to compromise on their margins. Work from home is entertained as long as the client is asking you to put in extra hours (which are again unaccounted for). The HR will interpret simple statements in completely wrong sense if it is benefiting the company in any way....Read More

I have been working here since last 2 years and some of the things that I like about this organization are: - Open Culture (even the CEO is approachable any time). - Learning Opportunities (higher education policy and regular training sessions). - Recreational activities (quarterly parties, events are good) - Remuneration (competitive to big MNCs)

Dislikes

A couple things that can be improved are: - More parking can be added - Food options in the cafeteria should be more.

- Hierarchy is more important than work - work culture is very poor, people openly use abusive language - No or miniscule amount of help for freshers. - you are expected to work starting 4AM and till midnight including weekends but you will be compensated for 5 days only. - 90 days notice - no WFH (A colleague was denied wfh after their wife's delivery)
