Worst management. They are fit to work in a fish market or a chor bazar. Hypocrisy is on peak. Specially the female managers are born to be an apple polishers.

Already mentioned. Never ever refer anyone to such idiotic company. Worst 😔 Ashish Shaw & Deekshit mo**** Fu*** are the worst people in ERC shared services. They don't care about employee well being.

Nothing to like except easy interviews... World's worst company I have worked they've ruined multiple employees carrier. Terrible work pressure all time AHOD and even no option for promotion. Without intimation fired employees and wasted work experience. Hard to meet their targets impossible performance targets given and if you fail to achieve your target they put you in PIP and after that without any information they immediately fire their employees. After termination they barred to rejoin amazon again and if you fired from amazon no company will allow you to work most of the employees are jobless after 2yrs of termination. Amazon is a curse 🤬 lifetime regret why we joined amazon it's a curse for our life. One day amazon will fall and their impossible targets will close forever. Hated this company....Read More
