Company culture. In amazon I have faced issues due to my science background. Majority are engineers including team leads and Manager. They will always try to promote their discipline 1st, not the scientists . So for scientists I don't think amazon is a good place to work and grow.

Work life balance, I strickly don't recomened working for US/Cannada marketplace since the shift timing will be 3 PM to 12 PM but you will never be able to finish your work without extending till 2 AM.
