I've been with the company for more than 5 years and this place has been a home for me always! The people I've worked with were great and I got to learn a lot. There is job security and additional benefits as well

The internal movement is slow. It takes months and months just to know if your resume is even considered for the role or not.

I enjoyed work very . Mainly, in this working period of Amazon I got so many experiences. I got so much support from my mangers, pa 's, ps ' s and my team members . Other than that I lije two things they are Transport facility and salary on 1st before and also my agency support

The promotions are biased and not best Some of the hiring managers have no knowledge whom to take to that position and some are biased. First they already fixed the candidates informally and conduct interviews formally. They don't hire the best. *Most of the project managers have no process knowledge and they make SOP changes, which seems silly. *Recognition based on visibility, not based on candidate expertise *All promotions need LPs(Leadership Principles) interviews and those all LP questions are imaginable, not real. *The criteria of IJPs are very high, no matter the candidate has actual eligibility. Getting promoted is a painful process, doesn't matter how hard you work. You have to be communicative and show up everytime even when not needed ( expectation ). No work timings, so you have to work whenever they asked you to work. Doesn't matter late night at 1AM or 5AM in the morning.

The benefits are good as off now beside that the work culture is also good. No one does any micro management at-least in my department they don’t. The leaves are provided as well whenever we require.

Dislikes

Everything works fine here except the new policy which is been included where we have to go to office 5 days a week from January onwards. Beside this few of the policies have also changed which is not good. It makes employees lose interest from their work and tend to look for new job.
