Delayed Response

I had applied for a role at Amazon and received an email from the HR team around 3 weeks ago stating that my profile matched the job description. I promptly shared all the required details as per their request and followed up after a week, but it has now been over 20 days with no response. It's quite disappointing not to hear back after going through the application process and following up. I understand recruitment processes can take time, but a bit of communication would be appreciated to know where things stand. Has anyone else experienced similar delays at Amazon, and how long did it take to hear back?
