Nothing to like here. Favorism on peak. Management is bad.

Salary hike and bonus are only applicable for favourite employee. Good employee will only get work pressure. Managers are running this company as their baaps company. They are thinking like they are god. Overall its a very bad company to work.

Even no work culture. Everyone think amdocs mean work life balance . I don't think there is work for Everyone and whoever is working he is working 24*7 and some who don't have work they are enjoying 24*7 . They says Hybrid working but belive me it depends on managers if they want you have to attend office all 7 days including your sat/sun

*Not so pressure generally *Health Insurance, food, cab benefits are there but at the time of writing this review, these benefits have either been reduced or made highly payable. *If assigned a good project, the knowledge graph increases. *The core RF/telecom domain projects are a sham, forget about your health and work-life balance. Software side jobs are good, but again, a good project is the key to your increase in knowledge and salary. *Employee policies are comparatively good, provided everybody knows them. *Plenty of CSR activities. *They try not to lay off but still if conditions are unfavourable then they Indian employees are affected very majorly. *They still work extensively on legacy tech. *Very high amount of politics especially in core RF/telecom domain. Top Directors and Managers sitting in India believe they are next to god in their position. Be friends with them or face the consequences. *They desire to keep female employees because they want to show the top brass theyare really concerned about gender diversity, even at the cost of their project deliveries. They can kick a brilliant male employee and keep with them an average-performing female employee. *No clear layoff policies, managers may play with you at that time both emotionally and financially, so keep everything in writing. *Indian employees aren't respected enough (thanks to no strict Indian govt. policies also) in front of people from countries like USA, UK, Israel, Netherlands, Greece, etc...Read More

I heared that amdocs is good company. So had oppurtinity to give an interview. It was very smooth process during all interview rounds. Even I cleared the interview.

Dislikes

The major and important thing about Amdocs is after clearing interview they started with my documentations but I haven't received an offer letter yet and very surprised its been an around 3 months now I haven't received any update and even no offer letter.

Very open work culture, suitable for learning. Open for internal opportunities. Flexible timing and unlimited vacation policy is something that is really unique.

Dislikes

Not that i can think of anything but there is always scope for improvement. Personal Opinion: Top layer management is not mostly comfortable delegating core R&R to Indian employees. Sometimes it can be taken as unconscious Bias.

Company culture was far better before and we had good people with knowledge and good attitude.

People do not have knowledge and they are just there because they have good relations. Also when you have good knowledge it gives you stability and less insecurity, humbleness which most of the people lack here.
