The management is weak and mostly very arrogant about there decisions. Boot lickers are welcomed and hard working employees just get more work and criticism.

Joining bonus is hefty but they take it back if you leave the organisation within a specified period of tume.

Dislikes

Heavy workload and extending shifts to 6 in the morning Partial managers who only listen to what advisors say and no review is taken from the employee Untimely pay and may not even receive full amount at the time of exit Toxic work culture where everyone tries to bring you down
