HR head of opérations don't hear anything..hé just do buttering of VP's and dont listen to employées grievances and if managers and leaders do wrong of employées they just blâme employées only.Also if any employées argue with thé manager or leader ,company sack thé employées by threating thé employée of blaming cyber fraud and mâke thèm forcing to leave thé company.

President and Director of AWM was awesome. Even my TL was also good. But i faced difficulty only with my senior manager, she was not cooperative. Otherwise Work Culture was good.

Nothing. Except my Senior Manager. If i will get another chance to work for Ameriprise, i will definitely but under some other manager.
