Almost everything, The growth is slow, promotions are slow salaries and increments are not up to mark. If you are not from IRMA and joining on the level of territory sales in charge, please don't. Because in Amul only the ones who passed out IRMA are getting good salaries and benefits. The company culture is really toxic for someoneat the TSI level, There is no HR at the Branch office level to whom you can talk and the ones who are at the HO level will only criticize you for directly talking to them. No one but the IRMAns are heard here. The people on the level of OIC and Branch managers will think of you as labor and treat you like one. Abusing and shouting by Branch managers are common here as they are all from IRMA and you are a nobody to them. TSI's have no power and no one to whom they go to, they are threatened and tossed as Branch Manager and OIC wish. I used to be a very happy and enthusiastic person when I joined Amul, but at this point my Mental health is bad and I become afraid to come to the office as I don't know what and when you will be cursed by your Branch Manager. Out of 100 only 2 percent of branch managers are good rest are IRMAns. No matter how hard you work you will never be appreciated or promoted anytime soon. It is very good company to work especially for the freshers to take the experience.Staff's are supportive whenever required. Salary comes ontime every 1st day of month.

Dislikes

Distributor gets angry and frustrated because of primary stock dumping. It creates problem to the distributor to manage the inventory. Claim process is delayed. Distributor do not received the fresh products sometimes received the nearby expired products.
