My only problem is that I am 780 km from home or my health is also not good. It would be very nice to find a home town where I can get treatment from time to time or make my condition look very bad but getting treatment from home. The company's culture is very good it reflects a family like environment, but still many employees who toil and work hard don't get compensated as per their labour. This case is for the employees who are existing in the company for more than 2-3 years. whereas employee who are getting newly onboarded are getting joined at Annapurnawith a very nice hike. The management should take some time and think something atleast about the existing employees.
