Offers ample opportunities for new graduates. Never forced to work in off-hours. Salary is credited on time. Team leaders / supervisors are supportive. Best leaves policies.

Dislikes

Management never does anonymous surveys/feedback with employees. Cost cutting in the name of fringe benefits (food/snacks). Poor and below-average appraisal for juniors as compared to other companies. They are stuck in old tech stacks/old laptops. Please try to upgrade in both. ANR provides a highly supportive work environment where everyone can learn and grow. Senior colleagues are approachable and always willing to help. The Management is transparent and approachable, promoting open communication and addressing employee concerns.

Dislikes

At first, the workload can feel a bit overwhelming (not always) during production issues and projects. However, this challenge turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The demanding environment pushed me to sharpen my skills and manage my time better.
