I am working at Ahmedabad location. There is nothing as such which i like about APCER. Yes i do accept that i learnt quite a couple of things while working but that you can learn anywhere if you spend a considerable amount of time. And that alone cannot feed your job satisfaction.
The company is NOT at all open to new innovations, they just want to maintain a school culture where spending 9 hours per day is compulsory, even if you are done with your work, you have to sit idle.If you report late even by a few minutes, they can anytime deduct your leaves or a loss of pay for half a day. Their salary deductions are too unrealistic. There are NO similarities between the package offered in the offer letter and your payslip. The HR policy has a lot of terms & conditions hidden which will NEVER be told to you during the recruitment process. Training process is highly haphazard and you are expected to work live simultaneously before the training is completed. The designated time frame for Training period is NOT at all followed. You can be assigned any work, irrespective of your designation. Staff does'nt know how to respect a doctor. There is no flexibility in acceptance of even one mistake of yours. Only Targets are prioritized. No Cafeteria.
No motivation at all. Frustration adds to it when the day of your salary comes. 9 hours sitting is hectic too without availability of any rest room.
Recommended for freshers to lean about subject but not about the behavior
No motivation, finding faults is the main agenda of the managers, Punjabi favor, No proper promotion system, an associate can become directly team lead, Amount that was showed in offer letter is different from pay slip, unnecessary deductions of salary, team lead don't no how to manage team, SLA and TAT will be always green but they torcher associates with wrong quality matrix, Full politics in work place.
