Pathetic management Micro management Toxic work culture Politics and biasness Minimal year-end hike and bonus In spite of taking multiple employees survey, nothing is actually heard and actioned. Daily overtime without pay (12-14 hours per day work) Most of the people in higher management only bluffs, if you raise any concerns you will get lots of false promises and eventually you yourself will become the victim of management's punishment. They talk about raising concerns by following proper hierarchy, but the message never goes beyond certain levels. No proper training handover of work. "You do it by yourself as you are taking salary" approach. Huge knowledge gap even in managerial level. They know nothing and only know to pass on the work pressure. No ethics and values. They layoffs people without any intimation. Laid off people who are performing well . Egoistic managers and management never inquires about employees concerns. To protect underperforming employee they sack performing employees also. Worst mentalities and culture is very bad especially with AVP and Vp roles in india for PE handling lux region is very bad. there is one guy called Shren k Shah who does not fit for nothing dictate terms like a dictator and expects respect from everyone with such behavior. Very dangerous guy destroying Apex culture very badly and very rude with people without his voice. Overnight lay offs they don't even inform you about Layoffs, every year new policies according to their wish they create one policy. No proper training if someone come from different backgrounds need to struggle. Management is not good they will make their own policies according to their wish and no proper systems poor IT services all outdated applications being used mostly systems/applications are down outlook crashes very often they don't have permanent solutions. Management always start blaming game on employees. They will create fight between employees and then they will enjoy like big boss show. No work life balance. No fun activity at least once on 6months.
