Dislikes: Hr team never answer your calls, mails and messages. Given very bad increment. Never act professionally they are not follow the processes to pass the information. Communicate with employees by call not by mail which makes many miscommunication issues help them to play with your job by playing politics.

Dislikes: When you are on bench it’s like a jail. When you are working on client site , you’ll never get any recognization. You will get awards and cheers only of you are working at there office or you are a very close person to them. This was demotivating for me.
