Worst company to work at Unit level, False Commitments not only with employees but with clients and associated partners. You won't feel like employee rather you feel like slave. Seniors don't have the adequate knowledge plus no leadership skills. They are the perfect example of Micro-Managers. (This is only at Unit level) Although, it's great to work at Group level.

Dislikes

The pathetic leadership they have at Unit level in Apollo Hospitals Delhi. They are the Micro-managers, no work to do rather disturbing the work momentum.

Business Stakeholders are good. Interaction with them is very informative. Hospital and their services are good, lot to learn but can be done at a very slow.

There is no support from any older teams, there is a lot office politics. Technically they are not strong enough to support as people are not upskilling internally. Very slow management and no personal growth plan. Company will keep growing as healthcare is always needed, you might not

I have totally 8yrs experience in apollo,over all experience 11.1/2 yrs,iam working as a acting charge nurse,here iam doing hard work,I never get any negative feed back from any of one,actively I participating in councils also,I don't know y still iam Registerrd Nurse,here they wont encourage working people.

Working in Apollo hospital 6 years have a good experience average type but growth is constrict .

Growth is constrict and salary increment is not much higher promotion is very delay the management is not focusing every employee properly for employee growth and enhancement. Work burden is very high in less staff. And stress level is very high.
