Yup, Apotex working culture is good due to different kind of people with good working culture, and we are making 100% quality medicine, also we have good scope to learn LIMS here, I think in India no where having complete LIMS except APOTEX, and the Labs are well established.
Some times we need to continue 2 shifts due to work pressure, and individual recognition is less, other than that everything is fine in Analytical field.
The team leader and leadership team is good, they used to guide the team members with respect to all the activities. It is excellent company for both female and male. The cultural program and festivals are the used to celebrate. Gift and awards are awesome. The timing and location ( Bangalore) is very much excited.
