Some of the guys who have managed to stick around are really good at design thinking may be because they have been grilled like anything.
No values, No vision, No mission, You don’t get salary on time. Nothing is structured & the worst part is the leadership. The senior leaders behave like they own the company & they have old school ill minded approach to look at everything. They only believe in betrayal of their own employees even in front of a client. There is no thinking or ownership behind any actions. “Sudeep Bannerjee” is one such creature. My sincere advise is unless you have no other choice rather than begging then only select this company. Otherwise please do not try this, including me I’ve seen not only one but around 20 people suffer this hell & finally leave. Please stay way.
Renowned name in the elearning industry. The team I was working with was great though
No vision for employees in terms of career growth or opportunities for individuals. Never seen Aptara leadership to promote skill development or arrange trainings for individuals
Interesting at starting due to the defined procedures and good understanding of the training development cycles. After some time it becomes boring and frustrating when you are not allowed to raise your voice or share any suggestions to change the workflow
What do I dislike about aptara? Well, let's see: to begin with, I hate the fact that such a crappy shithole even exists on the horizon. No sane and self-respecting person should ever associate himself/herself with this a-hole of a "company".
