I spent about 1.5 years at Aptara Company. And I have neither learned nor explored my skills. Pros: Salary only on time every month. Cons: 2. Before joining HR will tell that working time is 9 hours from Monday to Friday. Once you join the company, you will have to work 9:30 hours from Monday to Friday. 1.No skill development, no learning new techniques. 2. Sit on a chair for 9:30 hours 3. No Apraisal in the year 4.Restricted browser is troublesome for studies. 5. If you go to ask any questions from other department , they will not answer properly 6. Once you enter the company at 10 am. You will not go out. Therefore you will go out only at 2 pm. like a prison 7. There is no security for your property if someone steals. 8.
