Poor management. I worked here for 15 days. Once I requested for WFH , they approved it. I was not given any specific instructions during work from home. Next day I was forced to resign by Founder as he told you were not on-line continuously during working hours. I was not given a second chance nor a warning inspite of sincere apologies and now am jobless since that day This is Worst experience I ever had....Read More

Thank you for your feedback. The concerned employee requested for Work From Home (WFH) without having any specific and meaningful work assigned to her as she had only recently joined. To, therefore, request for WFH is ethically and professionally wrong when you know that you don't have enough work to work independently and remotely from home. Further, when online meetings were scheduled, the employee didn't join due to poor internet connectivity. This again raises an ethical question, why did the employee request WFH when she had poor internet connectivity at home to begin with. The company only followed standard HR rules and protocols regarding WFH in responding to the concerned employee's work conduct.

Excellent work Culture, flexibile in timings, no office politics. Only 5 days working with Saturday Sunday off. Hybrid work policy . Very supportive CEO, always support their team. Cooperative team members with proper delegations of work. No work Pressure. No restrictions in taking leave.

Thank you for your feedback. The concerned employee did not complete most of the tasks assigned to her, well beyond the stipulated deadlines, repeatedly. This was brought to the notice of management by several team members over an extended period of time. Therefore, when an employee receives a highly negative performance evaluation, in line with standard HR rules and protocols, the concerned employee was asked to exit.
