It's frustrating when we work on one and more softwares but don't get the salary we deserve. it's also discouraging when new people enter the office and earn more than Us. They are came with the cad only. at the end senior draftsman only teaching them work .I really don't know what kind of this ? they are earn good salary than us and they are like our responsibility why so??sorry to say but but we always teaching junior architect, trainees, and sometimes new architect. If u r give them good salaries on there experiences then why they are taking help from US. They are disturbing us in our work but at the end taking all the credit of work....Read More

They pay 30% less from other competitors in market. Autocad Draftsman working from last 15 years in Architect Hafeez Contractor gets 42000/- salary and new joined Autocad draftsman who has experience of 10 years gets 40000/- salary. And people have to wait forcefully after office hours 6:30pm to 8:30pm minimum everyday
