It is a startup company so salary are good in comparison to other companies.

Dislikes

Micro management is there. Senior manager try to suppress and abuse for minor issues. Timesheet is required to be filled everyday for every minute you spend in office. HR does not resolves issues. Senior management wants to involve in the personal life of employees.
