Filter reviews byGood work environment and culture. Teammates are cooperative and management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling out. The company policies are good, the valuations are fair and they give good salary increase and bonus every year.
There is a lot of politics and management does not solve our issues. Pay is good but career growth is slow. Training is not given to new staff on job.

After 4 years service. I would like to say that company is good .
But the management in Kolkata is ridiculous . Specially Indrajit he has no experience of how behave good with male staff. He always poke all the staff unnecessary. After 4 years service review

Promotions are slow, and salary growth is even slower. No equality in Salary Structure. Someone with lower Post mightbe getting paid higher than seniors. I personally don't like WhatsApp Group thing, and it definitely affects work-life balance.

This was the least interactive organisation I have ever stepped foot in. I was not welcome since the first day and nobody never told me what has to be done. The HR never picked up calls. The HRs were so unresponsive that I spent my whole tenure at the company without even getting to know the password to my email.
