Poor Work Life balance,Monday to Saturday working though as per company policies Saturday is weekly off for field guys but no Area offices follow this and you are forced to work for 6days a week and also on Sundays if required.

It was good company to work with. But some corrupted ppl was there when I worked. He did many mental harassment to me. Since he left the company , now the company is doing great!
