in covid time company stand with employee, dont cut any single amount from salary so that point i like about working in asian paints

company not promote ground level employee who working with asian paints in 4-5year. this is not good sign for company growth because another company come & hire asian paints employee at good position so thats why AP loose there employee & market share.

Fast Pace environment and Vast area to self learn on the job, pay is competitive

Work life balance is bad, overall culture has changed a lot in last few years and did not find any peers who do not have issue with it. Overall focus is very diluted, too many analysis and meetings after which core goal is lost.

I was working in Rohtak plant, the culture there is very bad. The management wants the employees to stay in the company for daily extra time . HR senior manager is very bad in nature

Hello The main problem i am facing is not getting proper support for onroll . The higher officers and excutive level officers should give more concentration towords the offroll employees making them onroll . Higher officers (executives/reporting head)are not concentrating on the onroll process the only thing they see is only to get the work done as much as possible and to complete the targets .
