Have to travel 100km+ daily, got rejected by some customer, and some little pressure by superior and they gave a distribution subscription to some dealers, if they have their own warehouse in every district this would helpful to sell the product why I am telling this the distributor are the competitor to other shops so they won't buy

It's a very good company where I learn lot of new things if you are skilled and hard working person you will be definitely regoniced and management will have close eye on you what you are doing so if you give 100 percent there wil be 100 percent payback for you.

Working on the sun . Traveling full time from one work site to another will make us tired. The resting time will be low. By traveling without rest I had some health issues that's why I have resigned.(But this my personal reasons, everybody has different)

Everything was at worst No control on union,they talk to executive very rudely. You can not complaint to higher management about union,they will sta you don't know to handle manpower. No work appreciation for north people in Hyderabad plant,high level discrimination for performance rating and promotion. Notice period will be 3 months,no negotiation,no buyout acceptance. The compensation at Area Manager and above is unmatched and much higher than industry standards along with a very robust training and induction program to ease you into the system.

There is no semblance of work life balance, Company has a concept of Peaking to increase revenue which means the team has to sit biweekly till 12 in the night to hit their targets which are very very aggressive.
