BEST Company to work at both WFH and in office. Worked here for 4 years now. This is my 2nd Company. Started from executive level. First 2 year work from office (before Pandemic). Last 2 years now WFH. All details are below: Sales achievement: Sales achievement is very important here like other Company. If you don't achieve PIP is given. There is good 3 months chance given to perform along with lot of guidance. Other Companies is just 1 month is given. Some come and never achieve sales (below 30%). Even here they are so patient to give them chance to improve and give PIP. Target Achievement: Good thing its just 70% achievement. Targets are not high but corresponding to your salary. PIP: I got PIP once. I improved my achievement. This is actually got after multiple meetings and only if target achievement is before 30% total target. There is 10 days - 15 days gap in between each PIP. 3 PIP is given. Additional Telephone Internet Allowance: INR 1000/- is given for internet allowance. Commissions & Incentives: There is very high commission which starts from 80%. Additional Incentives are there Assessment & Transparency: They assess our work weekly, monthly, once in three months review with graph. This helps us perform. Daily target achievement reports are shared with us to give us our performance measure. WFH Life: Have to be on virtual link as we are work from home. This is Comfortable as they don't give any pressure. We have to achieve targets and be responsible. Work Life Balance: If we work well during the day, we can really manage our personal life. 9am we start and 6.30pm we stop work. Also we get 2 hours break in between this work time. Nothing much of issues here at all. Very few Junior level employees have issues, and am sure its to do with targets as they have not achieved it. When employees don't achieve a target, company will give PIP. Employees don't achieve targets means they aren't doing the given work. This is because they are working from home and doingsome other work or not doing any work effectively and that's why someone don't achieve targets....Read More

Give pressure. Always have to be on the google meet while working. They are not paying salary to anyone properly. If anybody asks then they will give PIP for performance improvement and then termination. Me and my colleagues around 5 people left the company without salary. There is nothing good about it.

My experience was pretty bad. Starting from sharp 9 till 7 we were working being on the link, calling 100s of clients. But they kept our salary and never paid us.

Me into Sales. Minimum achievement is 60%. No where now in pandemic without achieving salary is given. Achieve results that's all they insist. Its easy to do this as there is WFH option. The targets are achievable if we concentrate and work. They give the targets clearly in the beginning. 2 hours break in between 9am - 6.30pm working. I am enjoy working her. Nothing. No issue. Its good. Been 1 year now. Got a promotion also to Associate level. Staff - Management nice and helpful. If you are responsible and give results is what's needed here.

I have to make sales. need to achieve minimum 60% target. I have to take my work responsibility. Got promoted to associate in 1 year. Work on a link and Its easy to communicate with manager while WFH. No unnecessary monitor & pressure. Results

Work on Link is easy to ask any doubts. WFH option. High Commissions & Incentives. Result Oriented Approach - no pressure, you be responsible for your work. Friendly staff & Management.

I joined this company and they terminated me by sending an email and hold my pay. If you ask for salary, then they will terminate you.
