You can get very good experience of working on different projects, also opportunity for job switch within organization is very good..

Work life balance is very poor.. no consideration about life outside work.. pressure of timesheets is very high.

Company provides enormous opportunity to individual's for their professional development and growth. Company culture is very inclusive and unbiased. There is lot of flexibility and freedom at workplace.Annual salary rise is at par with Industry standard. Lot of focus on employee health and well being.

Work life balance is good. Food, transport, insurance.

Dislikes

No promotion. Favoritism of manager, diploma holders become manager but Bachelors and masters does not get promoted. Average salary hike. You can see multiple openings in job portal but internally, no clarity about resources planning.
