Hello all, I am 24 F, with 2 years and 7 months of experience in customer service. My last ctc was 5.85 lpa. From Hyderabad. I was looking for jobs and finally got selected for tide financial services, as fraud analyst and today at the time of negotiating salary the hr asked how much was i expecting and i said 30% and came down to 25% but she was adamant that she cannot go beyond 7 lpa and if i am still insisting on 7.3 lpa she would have to take it back for approval and it's not guaranteed. So, I panicked since I didn't have a job since January and i didn't want to lose the opportunity and agreed for 7 lpa. However now i feel that i shouldn't have done that, i am supposed to get my offer letter by the end of the week. Should i negotiate? Or is it the best that i can get considering how the market is right now? I am confused, please suggest.
