Manager, supervisors are supportive and well behaved. They listen whatever issues related to work we face and try to resolve.

Work life balance is not good- as per policy there is 5 days working but to complete the allocated task have to do work on weekends as well.

Due to brand image of the company Avery has a good acceptance in market, though competition is creating big challenges in terms of pricing & quality.

Dislikes

Working culture is very toxic, no team building activities, one can't talk freely with other team members even, so many restrictions. No transparency in terms of roles & responsibility. Once you start performing well, achieving targets, started getting good incentive senior management will drag you down to demotivate you.
