If you're thinking of joining this company run in the opposite direction Zero work-life balance. Toxic favoritism, backstabbing, and a culture of fear are the norm. Appreciation is a foreign word here. AVI HR team is incompetent, unresponsive, and insensitive. They never resolve employee grievances, and you’ll find yourself begging for PF, ESIC, or salary slip every month. Every month you have to waste an entire day just to fix attendance issues. Regular punches don’t reflect, half-days are marked wrongly, and adjustments take forever. You’ll be blamed even when systems fail worse admin department. Forget work life balance. You’ll be expected to work beyond office hours with no appreciation or compensation there is constant blame shifting and zero support....Read More
