If you break the bond you have to pay compensation. If you got increment then you have to pay full increment for breaking of 1 year too ( for increment they will take sgn for 1 year too)). If they terminate you nothing will get from thier side. They don't know whhere to use her/his words but they treat others that they don't know English.
