1. Manager doesn't behave like a manager. He himself feels that he is just an employee. 2. Manager is partial with team, he favours those who satisfy his ego and go to breakfast lunch and chai with him everytime and nod their head in every talk of him. 3. He hires and fires someone just on the basis of feedback from his favourite employees. ( You know what i mean here) 4. I feel strictly "NO" for EHS Employees.....for every safety violation which in no means are in controls of safety personal on customer premises you will hear "What is safety officer doing there - I don't want him in company" and safety management is helpless. indeed job security is low for safety professionals.

i didn't like anything about this company.

Dislikes

They hire and give you to the germany team. They hire and keep on trial for 6 month and then fire. Even Hr department support to manager decision. Job security is zero.
