I received my salary that's the only thing I liked

Rajeev Rajan Asit Gupta I had a 5 lakh sale for insurance in my hand got referred from one of my friends. But in the month start Rajeev said that commission sharing is not allowed. In the month end when the pressure increased from Asit Gupta again Rajeev came and asked for that sale but by then that sale was already gone. Now Mr Rajeev Rajan took me in the training room and scolded me for hours and hours forced me to buy a policy from the salary that I received for 30000 & 50000. I said I do not want to buy it. Also insulted me by saying that is why you people from Mumbai cannot survive a job where as we coming from UP Bihar we do it very well we buy also houses and flats from a job we settle here easily but you guys from Mumbai cannot. He also gave himself a good exit review from my mobile. My question is how will we survive if these are the seniors. You have to pay for the travel for the office expense from your salary for the rickshaw the company or this person is not going to pay anything. Also if you are rich and beautiful girl Mr Rajeev Rajan will leave you home on time but if you are not you will have to wait extra 2 or 3 hours in the office great work awesome keep it up f*** the crowd of Mumbai you people from outside will some day ruin the crowd of Mumbai the Aura the elegance you will ruin everything and congratulations on that. Mr Rajeev Rajan will talk to a beautiful rich girl in a very polite manner but if you are a normal hard working educated over educated then he is he will treat you like shit. My question is why are criminal mentality people on the top where as hard working deserving people on the bottom....Read More

No work life balance, there is a toxic manager and assistant manager who use abusive language and harras you even if you do business they doest even care. Everyday you need to report to office head for leaving office. They will reject your leave without your knowledge. Also there is one trainer who knows nothing about insurance. Youwill feel like each day as a struggle. Vp come office head plays the role of a superstar for the office with such an egoistic attitude. I think other branch offices are far better comparing to Kollam office. If you put down your paper they will reject it and ask business from you. More than 5 persons already left the office with their toxic culture. Don't trust their words during interview they will give a package which is lesser than your current ctc and will give excuses as you will earn promotions in a fast track mode. nothing doing you will not meet their unrealistic targets. All our products of Max Life company are good. The working environment here is also good and the relationship with Axis Bank is also good. It is still the same but the management The management structure is not right because here the cluster manager and area manager can do whatever they want. Whereas there is no job security.
