As a beginner it was a great learning experience in education sector.

Dislikes

There is no much growth. I had to compromise my social and personnel a lot. Work satisfaction is very less. Increment is very low. Very less leaves.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
