They are not supporting at all in this COVID situations. They are not providing even laptops for WFH and no reimbursement for WiFi. The workload is no less, even then they're deducting our salaries and benefits. Company is also calling employees to the office even after covid cases are found in the office premises. Although there isno need to call employees to the office because there is no work dependent on the office....Read More

Dislikes

There are no allowances for night shifts even we have to do night shifts on monthly basis. There is no cab for the night shifts. No cafeteria in office. Compulsory deduction for food about 3K from salary. The manager is not having even work ethics and morals for his juniors. No holidays off even on Diwali, Holi, eid, etc. No team outings. No soft skill trainings.

I was able to get littel knowledge of MS Excel. Nothing more than that

There is no employee satisfaction. It is compulsory there to get food from there for RS 2200 per month. But quality of food is poor many times insects were there in the vegetables.

There's nothing to like about this company. It's wasting time here working. You can join if you don't have any other option but otherwise don't join.

Dislikes

COO shout at everyone on the floor. He doesn't have respect for anyone. No work culture. No life- work balance. Strange work shifts. No gender equality. Only boys at night shift. Feels like a macchi market after COO left. No work from home for mens. Women can take work from home if they like.

They try to cut cost even very little things like napkins, no proper hygiene, office boy uses same cloth to clean toilet seat, the floor and basin. They provide tea and coffee which you won't like.
