New employee when they coming here they are facing the problem they didnot want to listen anything they compare his old company .if new employee join if they treat as a oldworker then its too good

No work culture, no job satisfactions,no job security , Top management is uneducated, corruption. Top management takes advantage of humble ,gentleman.down to earth owner.Most of the decision are taken when owner is out of country.Company running due to near monopoly.

1. Company growing at a very high speed. Creates many many opportunities for career growth. I have moved ahead fast upon my performance 2. Gives lot of freedom and authority. Top management gives only broad guidelines and allow HODs and lower staff to take all the day to day decisions without any kind of interference. In fact management encourages decision making. 3. Company emphasis that every worker deserves a respect. Company discourages use of curse word or insulting work to any subordinate. Action have been taken against seniors who have mistreated their subordinates. 4. Excellent canteen facility which caters Indian food (veg and non veg) both. 5. Company provides lot of training. In fact it is compulsory for all the managers to give weekly training to their subordinates. Recently Company has acquired ISO certification. And implementation of Kaizen is undergoing which is providing huge learning opportunities 6. Management is honest and transparent. 1. Company is strict when it comes to regularity and punctuality. 2. Company is very strict if one misbehave with his colleague/ room partners particularly the miscreant has consumed alcohol. 3. Company gives lot of time and chances to non performers to improve and it is slow in taking disciplinary action against persons who are not performing.
