Very biased towards industry hires. Too much empowerment at junior level ( average age 23 years), pay attention to immature and entitled demands of the junior pool. Project Leader is a sandwiched position between the manager and team. Manager never supports the PL to maintain a good upward feedback. The PL is often disrespected and ignored.

The people are all polite and supportive. Relative to the level of work extracted from you, the payment is very good and the perks are pretty good too.

Dislikes

The work is boring, repetitive and often adds little in terms of skill and expertise. This leads to little growth and difficulty when trying to switch.
